The presentation outlined below has been postponed to a date yet to be fixed, as a consequence of the tragic deaths of four men from RAF Odiham, killed in the helicopter crash in Afghanistan on Saturday, 26 April.

A team, lead by senior officers from RAF Odiham, will be giving a presentation on current and future low flying operations over the Candover Valley at the Preston Candover Annual Parish Meeting.  The area above the Valley is within the ‘dedicated user area’ for low flying in Hampshire and West Sussex, and is an important training space for helicopter crews prior to deployment in Afghanistan, or other world hotspots.   If you wish to learn of future developments in the low flying regime consequent upon the withdrawal from Afghanistan, and other developments, you should attend the rearranged meeting.  Watch this space for further details.
